Chef Uttam Shah along with his team will offer the most exotic and mouth watering Hyderabadi delicacies. Blended well in a selection of herbs and spices and cooked to the right texture with special Dum Pukht style of cooking, the special course includes dishes like Murgh Taati Kebab, Kebab Shikampure, Murtabak, Ghost Udayagiri, Haleem, Chandni Khorma and a variety of famous Hyderabadi Biryanis.
